Compassionate Reiki Healing

MEET STUART & HIS JOURNEY

My journey into energy healing began in October 2022 during my first spiritual journey. That initial experience with energy work was profound, and I learned to trust my intuition and the guidance I was receiving. As I continued attending spiritual journeys and practicing energy work, I knew I needed to pursue a more formal path.

After experiencing the transformative power of Reiki firsthand, I began self-study in July 2023, followed by comprehensive training with Laurie Mayhew. In January 2025, I received my Master Usui Reiki certification and opened Holding Hands With Spirit in March 2025.

I believe I was called to do this work. Throughout my practice, approximately 90%of my clients have been women, many of whom have experienced challenges in a male-dominated world. From unfulfilling relationships to emotional, physical, or sexual trauma, these women deserve a safe, compassionate space for healing.

I'm honored to do my part in changing the narrative. My practice is built on creating a respectful, dignified environment where healing can happen naturally and at your own pace.

Usui Reiki Sessions

Each session is a personalized healing experience lasting approximately 90 minutes. I work with you—together we collaborate to heal what needs attention in your body, mind, and spirit.

My Healing Toolkit Includes

During your session, I may use a combination of crystals, tuning forks, rattles, and pendulum work to enhance the traditional Reiki healing process. Every session is unique and tailored to your individual needs.

$80 per 90-minute session

Every client is treated with the utmost care and respect. Your comfort and safety are my top priorities.

Deep Relaxation

Most clients experience a profound sense of relaxation and wellbeing during their session. Many describe it as even more relaxing than a massage.

Emotional Release

You may experience a sense of letting go, feeling lighter, or emotional release. These are all natural parts of the healing process.

Special Accommodations

For clients under 18, I require a parent or legal guardian to be present in the room during the session. I've had wonderful experiences working with young people, including a powerful session with a 13-year-old  that was transformative for everyone involved.

I maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. Sessions are available by appointment—there are no set office hours, ensuring I can provide personalized attention to each client.

New Client Requirements

All new clients are required to complete an intake form before their first session. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must be present in the room during the entire session.
